Where did VeriSM originate?
To create the VeriSM approach, an architect team was set up by the non-profit International Foundation for Digital Competences (IFDC).
It was supported by a worldwide team of over 70 leading contributors and reviewers from both the public and private sectors. In 2017, the official VeriSM publication was released.

Are there any prerequisites?
Candidates must complete VeriSM Essentials or already be certified in IT service management. Eligible topics include COBIT, DevOps, Lean IT, ISO 20000, IT4IT and ITIL.
How do you get VeriSM Foundation certified?
For certification, candidates must meet prerequisites and pass a 20-question, 30-minute, multiple-choice exam. The passing score is 65% or 13 out of 20 answers must be correct.
